Italian OMS foaming equipment&technology
actively explored and proactively introduced the pentane foaming system. As an environmentally friendly foaming agent, pentane not only has no ozone depletion potential (ODP), but also has an extremely low global warming potential (GWP). Pentane foaming products(polyurethane panels)have higher thermal insulation performance, higher strength, lower energy consumption and longer durability.


42 meters hot press double track machine
We adopt double-contour curing process through a 42-meter-long high-temperature and high-pressure double-contour machine to uniformly and stably cure the foamed polyurethane sheets. This not only ensures the dimensional accuracy and flatness of the sheets but also accelerates the curing process, allowing the chemical reaction between polyols and isocyanates to occur more thoroughly. As a result, a stronger molecular structure is formed, significantly improving the foaming density, uniformity, and bonding performance of the core material.
Core Material vertical Enhancement
We use the core material vertical placement technology, flipping the core material 90 degrees to make the fibers perpendicular to the board surface, and performing staggered joints to achieve a dispersed layout of the seams, constructing a more uniform and stable overall structure, greatly improving the board’s stiffness, bending strength and load-bearing capacity.


Polyurethane sealing technology
We energy-saving board can use double-sided polyurethane side sealing technology, and use 50mm wide polyurethane material on both sides of the rock wool core for side sealing. The rock wool energy-saving board with side sealing treatment not only enhances the external load resistance and overall strength of the plug interface, but also has excellent thermal insulation, waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion properties, effectively preventing rainwater penetration, thereby improving the overall sealing performance of the sandwich panel.
