about project
This project, based in Haiphong, Vietnam, involved the supply and installation of 12 sets of industrial sliding doors for a newly built cold chain logistics center. The client required robust, thermally insulated door systems that could support the facility’s cold storage function while maintaining smooth and reliable operation under high-traffic conditions.
Client’s Challenge
Cold chain logistics facilities demand strict thermal insulation, humidity control, and frequent operational efficiency to prevent temperature fluctuations that could compromise product quality. The client needed a door system that could:
- Resist temperature exchange between cold and ambient zones
- Withstand frequent open-close cycles
- Operate reliably in a low-temperature, high-humidity environment
- Offer long-term durability with low maintenance needs
Our approach and solution
To meet the client’s strict requirements, we provided 12 high-performance industrial sliding doors, specifically engineered for cold storage logistics.
Key Features of Our PVC Fast Shutter Doors:
1. High-density insulated panels: Core material with a density of 40–45 kg/m³, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and energy retention.
- Galvanized steel surface with anti-corrosion coating, offering long-term durability in humid or refrigerated environments.
- Integrated servo motor system, capable of over 1 million open-close cycles, providing high reliability and reduced maintenance.
- Thermal break structurewith tight sealing performance, minimizing energy loss and blocking external moisture intrusion
- Smooth sliding rail mechanismwith anti-freeze treatment, ensuring stable movement even in sub-zero conditions
- Custom sizes and opening configurationsto match different loading zones and dock requirements.
Our solution not only addressed the core operational and environmental demands of the cold chain facility but also enhanced logistical efficiency and reduced long-term operational costs.
result
After installation, the client reported an immediate improvement in temperature stability, energy savings, and workflow efficiency. The sliding doors operated smoothly even under high-frequency use in refrigerated conditions. Our product’s superior sealing and insulation performance helped maintain critical cold chain integrity, contributing to reduced energy consumption and optimized product storage.
