About the Project
Located in GuangZhou, GuangDong, this 3000㎡ pharmaceutical cleanroom project was designed and built to meet the stringent hygiene and environmental standards required for drug production. The facility is equipped with advanced air filtration systems, seamless wall panels, and hygienic flooring to ensure particle and microbial control in all operations.
Client’s Challenge
The client needed a cleanroom environment that strictly adhered to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations, with efficient material and personnel flow, and minimal risk of cross-contamination. Time constraints and strict regulatory compliance posed additional challenges during the construction phase.
Our approach and solution
To meet the stringent hygiene and safety standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing, we adopted a modular cleanroom system built with our proprietary cleanroom sandwich panels, featuring a magnesium oxide (MgO) core.
The MgO-core panels offer superior performance in critical cleanroom environments due to the following properties:
1.Non-combustible and fire-resistant, enhancing overall safety
2.Moisture-resistant and mold-proof, ensuring long-term durability
3.Smooth, anti-static surfaces ideal for sterile and easy-to-clean environments
4.Low VOC emissions, contributing to air purity within GMP zones
These panels provided both the structural integrity and hygienic performance required for the cleanroom while maintaining flexibility in layout design. We integrated the panel system with ISO-class HEPA filtration, HVAC zoning, and pressure cascade controls. Our design allowed for efficient personnel and material flows, minimized cross-contamination risk, and supported rapid on-site assembly — crucial for meeting the client’s tight timeline.

The cleanroom facility was delivered on time and passed all third-party environmental and compliance inspections. It now supports the client’s high-volume pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, improving production capacity, quality control, and safety standards.
