PIR COLD STORAGE PANEL
Aqua Route Polyisocyanurate PIR Cold Storage Panel is produced using Italian OMS complete foaming equipment with high-pressure and high-temperature automatic continuous foaming technology. The high-density PIR polyisocyanurate foam core is perfectly bonded with premium metal facings. The entire foaming process is highly uniform, achieving a closed-cell ratio of over 98%, resulting in ultra-low thermal conductivity, superior thermal insulation, and better fire performance. With high strength, excellent waterproofing and moisture resistance, precise dimensions, and easy installation, it significantly reduces energy consumption and is the preferred enclosure material for modern cold chain warehouses, food processing, pharmaceutical, and logistics cold storage facilities.

PIR (Polyisocyanurate) and PUR (Polyurethane) panels deliver thermal conductivity (λ) values of 0.022-0.025 W/mK — significantly better than EPS or rock wool alternatives. This translates directly to lower compressor energy consumption and reduced operational costs. Standard effective widths: 1120mm (mechanically produced) and 960mm (hand-assembled). Yes. Our PIR/PUR panels are CE certified and manufactured under ISO 9001:2015. We provide fire resistance test reports and SGS verification documentation for all export orders. Our high-precision tongue-and-groove joint system uses specialized gaskets and cam-locks to create a continuous thermal envelope, eliminating both air leakage and thermal bridging — the two primary causes of frost buildup in cold storage facilities. Yes. We provide installation manuals, video tutorials, and remote technical consultation. Engineers are available for on-site guidance on large-scale projects. For tropical environments with ambient temperatures of 33-36°C, 100-120mm PUR/PIR panels are standard. For continuous 24/7 operation or high door-opening frequency, 150mm panels reduce compressor energy consumption by approximately 20-25%. Q1: Why are PIR and PUR panels preferred for cold storage construction?
Do your cold storage panels meet international safety and quality standards?
Q3: How do you ensure airtightness and prevent thermal bridging?
Q4: Can you support international cold room installations?
Q5: What panel thickness is recommended for -18°C deep-freeze in tropical climates?
